WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

By agreement we are allowed to service the following zip codes; 19934, 19936, 19938, 19901, 19902, 19904, 19943, 19946, 19952, 19953, 19954, 19955, 19963,19962, 19964, 19977, 19979

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER AND WHEN DO YOU PICK UP?

We begin deliveries between 8pm-11am the night before the event/celebration, and will pick up the greeting between 8-11pm the night of the event.

ARE YOU FLEXIBLE FOR DROP OFFS AND PICK UPS?

As much as we want to customize times for each customer, we stick to the previous times mentioned. This is to keep equality throughout business. During periods of less demand we MAY be able to work out different times.

CAN I GET THE SIGN DELIVERED IN THE MORNING?

If this is requested, we can make arrangements to deliver by 9 am in the morning. However we will still be picking the sign up at 8pm that night.

WHEN CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

The sooner the better. We fill up fast so the further in advance you order the more likelihood we can fulfill you order.

CAN YOU CHECK AVAILABILITY ON XYZ DATE?

The only way for us to truly check availability is by you placing an Order Request and then we can verify your request compared to existing order and available inventory.

CAN I CALL YOU AND PLACE AN ORDER?

While we love talking to customers, to ensure complete accuracy of your order we ask you fill the order request form out.

HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

After you fill the order request form out , we will invoice you if we are able to fulfill your request. You can pay via square and clicking on the invoice that will be emailed to you.
